Prolotherapy Update!

I thought I'd post a little update on how I'm doing today. Almost 24 hours later, just like Dr. Bowen promised, I'm still sore and stiff and it's difficult to walk and sit in a chair (recliner is just fine), but the major pain is gone. I thought I'd post some pictures for you to see what it looks like. I tallied up the shot marks and I think there were a total of 28-30 of them -- and that was after the numbing shots. :) Just think; I'll get to do this a few more times!
